Approach

LDX takes a strategy and architecture-led approach to Identity and Access Management (IAM) engagements. IAM is a broad discipline and one of the more complex technology investments organisations undertake, requiring deliberate planning and senior stakeholder sponsorship. LDX cautions against undertaking significant identity implementations without a concise understanding of need, priority and strategy.

LDX have a tailored identity strategy methodology and toolkit to ensure stakeholder buy-in, clarity on scope, consensus on capability needs and prioritisation, and a clear roadmap to inform implementation initiatives including technology selections.
